I had a hair follicle test one week after having one hit of marijuana. Will test show positive?

I'm sorry to say so but yes it will. Marijuana and many other drugs can be detected as far back as one year. Standard test only checks for a 90 day period. Which is one reason you might see that many druggies have a completely shaven head.
