The elimination half life of Reglan is 5 to 6 hours (provided there is no renal impairment).
It takes approximately 5.5 elimination half life's for a medicine to be completely out of ones system. Therefore Reglan will be in ones system for approximately 33 hours (5.5 x 6 hours).
