No, you will not die. Just take your medication on time in the morning. Get a pillbox for the month or week so you can keep track of your medication. Also get an alarm clock or watch or set your phone to go off at the time you need to take your medicine.
For your anxiety take some slow deep breaths and exhale fully and inhale fully, not too fast. Watch a movie, take a walk, talk to a friend or do something to take your mind off your anxiety. Anxiety is not fun but it is manageable. I hope you feel better.
