I started taking Januvia 4 days, but fasting blood surgar level has not been changed.
How long will it take for Januvia to start helping blood sugar levels?

For me it took only a week to effect , although i had been taken it along with Metformin..(At first i took JanuMet but my Doc. reversed it to Januvia and Metformin..) ..Don't forget to keep diet and exercise..
PS : I also take Acots and Prandin , they all together effected on my A1C very good in few months..
