Answers
There are no particular time limits to taking Celebrex but Celebrex, like other NSAIDS, can be hard on the lining of the stomach especially if taken on an empty stomach. Celebrex is supposed to be easier on the stomach lining than some of the others but it can still lead to erosion of the stomach's protective lining which can cause ulcers to form. It can be not so much how long you have taken Celebrex but how you have taken it. Were you always sure to take it with food? Taking on an empty stomach increases risk of GI complications like ulcers. It is a known side effect of Celebrex.
