The average elimination half-life for Guanfacine is approximately 17 hr - meaning that it takes 17 hours for your body to clear half the amount of drug out of your system. Because of this rather long half life it could stay in your system for quite some time.

Concerta contains an amphetamine called Methylphenidate.
Amphetamines are still detectable in the urine up to 4 days after a single use and longer after regular use.
