How long before I can eat grapefriut after I stop taking simvastatin?

To be safe you should be able to eat grapefruit a week or so after you stop taking the Simvastatin.
(Grapefruit can increase the levels of simvastatin in your blood which can lead to toxicity - as long as there is no drug in your body you will not have a problem.)
