How long after taking Aleve can I take excedrin?

Ideally don't take Excedrin while taking Aleve, unless you won't use Aleve again on the same day.

Then perhaps you could take a dose of Excedrin after 12 hours. But I would suggest that you find a pain relief that doesn't have aspirin in it, while you are taking Aleve.
