Usually Excedrin takes 20 to 30 minutes to work.
Something to keep in mind Excedrin contains both aspirin & caffeine.
Also, despite Excedrin being an OTC med it to has side effects. One of the most important side effects is bleeding.
If you have questions about it it's best to run it by your primary care doctor before taking it. Or, at least speak with a pharmacist.
