I have been taking Lyrica and Austedo for a long time. I think they are causing me to be woozy and dizzy and not be able to think. I’m trying to space them out right now. But it has not helped. I don’t know how to handle this cause two different doctors have prescribed these meds. I am taking 100 mg of Lyrica twice a day prescribed by my rheumatologist for pain and neuropathy. I am taking 12 mg of Austedo twice a day prescribed by my neurologist originally and then taken over by a PA who’s managing my depression medicine. I went to a new neurologist the other day and he automatically noticed that I was taking too much medicine.
I was there for a consult. He said I really didn’t need him. We did not discuss my medication. He just said I needed to talk to the doctors who prescribe. I saw my primary care the day after that. She didn’t want to discuss it either. She just wanted me to talk to the Doctor Who prescribed it. One of them I just saw a week ago. I don’t have an appointment for 3 months. The other one I see in a week. Both of these medications are very effective for what they are used for.

Is there anyway that I can still take them?

How do I tell my doctors to help me?
