How does clobetasol compare with triamcinolone for effectiveness?

Clobetasol is Class 1, the strongest, most potent. Triamcinolone is Class 5. The classifications go up to 7, the weakest--- over the counter {OTC} hydrocortisone falls in this class. So Triamcinolone is only 2 classes up from 7. Where as Clobetasol is SIX classes up from 7, the weakest.
