I know its old school but The occasions ive had anal itching, witch hazel stings for a second but then the itch is gone...
If you have intense and frequent anal itching you could have Pruritus Ani. I've struggled with it for over 7 years and tried everything from wipes to creams to prescriptions and it all failed. It was only until 5 months ago when I decided to try this ointment called Pranicure, that my symptoms were relieved. You don't need a prescription for it and can order it online. For a 3-6 month supply it's only like $40... best money I ever spent, this ointment is legit.
It just depends on what is causing the anal itching? Have you considered the possibility of pinworms, threadworms, etc.?
