Hi, anne!
Sertraline (Zoloft) is an excellent choice for anxiety disorders but it can take at least 6-8 weeks to feel the full benefits. OCD is more resistant to treatment than social anxiety or depression. Also, you're on a pretty low dose... the maximum recommended daily dose is 200mg/day.
I'd try to give it a little more time and you might want to ask your doctor if you can try an increase in your dosage.
