Does Garcinia Cambogia always have to be taken 30 minutes before a meal or can it be taken afterwards if you forget to take it prior to the meal?
Manufacturers of Garcinia cambogia supplements recommend that the best time to take them is between 30 minutes to an hour before meals and on an empty stomach.
This is because it is thought they work by preventing fat from being absorbed during digestion and also suppresses the appetite.
However there is little scientific evidence to support this.
