held first enema for 6 minutes. Have evacuated 80% watery liquid and 20% diarrhea 3 times in the last 20 minutes. I do NOT feel the relief I am wanting. Is it safe to take a 2nd one this evening? If so, what are the instructions?

DEAR. ALL YOU NEED is to retain it inside you for 5 minutes so it did work right but you are not to use more than 1 in 24 hours. you can throw off you good liquid or electrolyte in your system and that could cause even more problems here is what is says about it. and you should check with the doctor. And start a stool softener so you don't get to a point where you have to use enemas Please talk with your doctor about that. It says it's possible you still have some build up in you because it does not all get out but now it well works its self down so you can push it out. here are the copy and paste about the enema
((((If your doctor has directed you to use this product before surgery or a bowel procedure, he or she should tell you how long before the surgery/procedure you should use this product. Follow your doctor's directions closely. After using the medication, drink plenty of clear liquids as directed by your doctor. Doing so will help prevent serious side effects (such as kidney problems, dehydration). Talk with your doctor about types of liquids you can drink before your procedure.
The dosage is based on your age, medical condition, and response to treatment. Do not use more of this medication than directed, use this medication more often than once in 24 hours, or use this medication for more than 3 days unless directed by your doctor. Also, do not use any other laxative products while using this product unless directed by your doctor. Doing so may increase your risk for serious side effects.
This medication may cause a condition known as laxative dependence, especially if you use it regularly for a long time. In such cases, your bowel may stop working normally and you may have ongoing constipation. For most people with occasional ))))) okay this is what it says about the fleets. and I put on top that it says just one in 24 hours. good luck and please check with your doctor when you feel a bit better and see what is binding you up.
