I was wondering if I can exercise after taking plan b long distance running for bout an hour, would it affect the pill?
What are the chances I might get pregnant the condom broke yesterday he also ejaculated in me before we found out there was a rip the pill was taken within 24hrs

Yes, you can exercise.
The chances are based on whether or not you were ovulating when the accident happened. If you were, then Plan B may not be able to help. If you weren't then hopefully Plan B should delay your next ovulation long enough until the sperm leaves your body (up to 7 days in the right conditions/mucus).
If you want another method, to be sure, then you can have an IUD fitted within 120 hours/5 days of the accident. That can also act as emergency contraception, to stop the embryo from implanting.
