May I take Elderberry since I am on Warfarin?

You can eat what you want when you're on warfarin. The only diet restriction is to always eat the same kind of foods, that is, you don't one day eat allot of broccoli, if you never eat that regularly.
clarification... broccoli is an example, for foods high in vitamin K.
What about taking Elderberry?
Elderberry is an alternative to antibiotics... At least for me. Not a food staple. I am wondering the same thing.
