No it won't. There is a laser treatment for them now however.

Actually , depends - AK's also know as sunspots, age spots are the target of this cream
I use it and those tiny little brown, pinpoint spots did flake off
The flat , light spots that are like large freckles were a bit more difficult . Some did disappear completely and then some just faded .
The light brown area's that result due to hormones do not fade and lightening creams or lasers are required for those
