After applying Efudex can I get the area wet or should I wait and if so for how long?

You should definitely wait a minimum of 2 hours before getting the area wet. Personally, I didn’t wet my treated area except to shower in the morning and to wash my face in the evening before the second application.
Thanks. That's helpful. I'm doing the back of my hand right now (and lower forearm) and need to wash my hands frequently (the doctor is having me do "quadrants"). I can definitely wait a couple of hours after applying.
