Can I eat yogurt while taking metronidazole?

Of course you can, actually antibiotics kill the good/friendly and bad bacteria in your body. Consuming yogurt, helps the body in restoring a healthy intestinal tract, just let a couple of hours (let´s say 3 hrs.) go by and then you can eat yogurt and take probiotics in order to restore the gastrointestinal flora.
After you take the antibiotic let at least a couple of hours go by and then you can eat yogurt and probiotics as I mentioned before... just to clarify.
