I was on Actemra by injection weekly for 2+ years and was never told by my rheumatologist or pharmacist to avoid certain foods while taking it. The only time I was told to hold my injection was if I had an infection, particularly if I had to be on antibiotics.
If you’re concerned, I’d recommend asking your rheumatologist or the nurses at the infusion clinic.
Good luck!
