I take 20 mg of duloxetine daily for peripheral neuropathy. It works really well for me and reduces the pain and other sensations in my feet by 50% or more. If I stop taking it the pain becomes unbearable and limits my ability to walk. I also believe it causes erectile dysfunction. My logic is that it reduce nerve sensation down to a level that an erection can no longer be achieved due to loss of stimulation. I did a small trial of weaning off the duloxetine to verify this and that was successful. Taking sIldenafil or tadenafil are not enough to offset the duloxetine. Has anyone found a combination of drugs that work in a similar situation.
Does duloxetine cause erectile dysfunction?
