My dad is 74 and has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure, they also found a small cyst in his right kidney; liver large and causing stomach to bloat.
Dad smoked and drank from the ages of 17 till he was about 70yrs and no longer smokes, drinks very minimally like a short of spirit every other day (traditional stuff)
He had swellings on his feet and ankles and always short of breath with low appetite for food.
He’s been prescribed several medications which he takes daily, some once a day and some twice a day.
He says the swellings have gone down after a couple weeks, however, he struggles with a bad itchy reaction. He describes it as inner body itching and stops him from sleeping as he can’t get comfortable.
He stopped the meds and the next day his lips were badly swollen and he restarted the meds. After a few days, back to normal but still itchy inside his body.
My dad is back home in Nigeria and it’s a job to get doctors access there. He has an appointment in two weeks the earliest he could be seen.
Please, can all these be taken at the same time?
