Hello mpage53. Yes there is help for your son. Astra Zenca Pharmaceuticals has a Patient Assistance Program for those people not having insurance. 1-800-424-3727 Best of wishes to you both, pledge
Atenolol is the generic. It is around $18.99 for 90 100 mg pills. Tenormin is the brand name med, that costs around $82 for 30 100 mg pills. That's just ridicules isn't it? Astra Zenica makes Tenormin. There is most likely help if you go to freemedicine.com or Astra Zenica, but the thing I'd do is switch to the generic.
