Can one drive safely when taking tramadol?

Hi, i also was fine driving when taking Tramadol long term. I wouldn't have been safe during the first couple of weeks whilst i was getting used to it, but after that no problems. However, people can react differently to this medication, as with most, so you would need to see how you felt personally...

Like with any other medication you have to see what it does to you. I was fine on it.
