I would wait until the next dosage time. Try inserting a little moisturizer into your vagina before inserting the Vagifem. Sometimes the Vagifem doesn't dissolve properly until the tissues get plumped up, so the tablets just drop out. The moisturizer helps the tablet dissolve.
