I took a test for ajob I forgot that I had taken 10 mg a couple of nites before is this going to give me a dirty urine.
Does zolpidem show up on drug test and what do they do about it?

From personal experience I know this drug with show-up positive for benzo's, but if you have a pH, then no worries. I just failed a drug test for a benzodiazepine, so I am definitely sure about this, and the only thing I have taken is ambien.

Zolpidem interacts w/GABA-benzodiazepine receptor complexes which could make Zolpidem show up as a benzodiazepine. Before taking any Urinalysis take your prescriptions with you and show them to the person doing the UA, therefore proving you have a valid prescription and can be taking that medication. They will accept it and notify your boss or whoever they report the test results to and it will all be good. No worries. Hope this helps. Good Luck
p.s. I doubt it will show up in a drug test just so you know.
