I have had some major stressful events where it was helpful then I would stop. This year I micro dosed a very, very small amount. Recently, my mom died and I am experiencing some life adjustments. I went up to a (5MG) dose. I have been taking it for about 3 weeks now which is the longest ever for me. I know this sounds very minimal but the psychological aspect seems to be the larger challenge. In 2025 want to taper once and for all because I think it is altering my resting heart rate. (I was checked out nothing abnormal)
My issue is largely health anxiety with which I am seeing a therapist. My question is - what has been the best success in tapering? In the past I was able to taper very quickly but I think this time I need to go much slower. My doctor simply advised me to to go slow but how slow? Was thinking .75 of a pill for a couple of weeks / then dropping to .50 of a pill / then .25 of a pill until I am at a ridiculous level. I won't know what works until I try but since this is more psych related than physical - any success stories out there?
Thank you
