No, it shouldn't come up as meth or amphetamines, or as anything else. This company, for example, manufactures DOT level drug tests that test for methamphetamine and amphetamine. They list vistaril (aka hydroxyzine) as "non-reactive" meaning it will not come up as a positive on any of their tests.
