Do they check for naloson on a send out ?
yes, but they will only show as buprenorphine, they will NOT show up as opiate, or anything else. Now, if your drug test is mailed off to a lab, the suboxone would also show the presence of naloxone and subutex would not, but I used to have mine mailed off when I was on subs the first few months and I don't think they checked for naloxone, just buprenorphine. hope this helped, pattishan61

I have a family member on federal probation. He takes subutex but not permitted by doctor. he was tested for suboxone.Will this be considered a dirty
If he does not have a legal rx, then yes, likely it will. Will they allow him to see a suboxone dr to get a legal rx, he should probably do that as abrupt cessation of suboxone or subutex is not suggested, it should be tapered off of. Get him to get a legal rx asap.
