Diazepam or Valium is prescribed for its calming effect, as a muscle relaxer, and in some cases for sleep. It is not meant to be used for weight gaining. plus it is potentially an addictive drug.
I agree, it would be a very dangerous thing to get in to, highly addictive... I have friends who have weaned off Diazepam, and it was hell for them! So i wouldn't feel comfortable advising you on your question about using it off label... as suggested, protein shakes, liquid food (drinks), such as Ensure, are great for helping you gain weight...
Diazepam isn't going to help you gain weight and it is highly addicitive. Try using some high protein powder and making shakes between meals.
Its not a good idea, valium can be addicting. Try eating some things that are high in calories and protein every day.
