Hello all! I have been taking celexa 40mg and 300 mg of Wellbutrin XL for about 5 years with pretty good results. Lately I’ve been dealing with a lot of anxiety again. Most likely my celexa is pooping out on me and I will probably need to try another SSRI. BUT… my question to you all is do you think decreasing my Wellbutrin back to 150 will help decrease anxiety due to the norepinephrine component of the drug ? I’m so sick of needing to screw with meds after they start crapping out. My ability and patience and tolerance with med changes is getting very limited. How many times in one lifetime will I have to do this?! So frustrating. Anyway, to avoid an entire medicine change with an ssri, I thought I might see what reducing the Wellbutrin would do. THOUGHTS? help. TIA!!
Do I need to decrease my Wellbutrin XL?

Hi
I know just how you feel, it really can be exhausting! But I really think that you should talk to your doctor about this. Messing around with your medications can be extremely dangerous!
