I would appreciate very much to receive information about how to deal with constipation while using Saxenda?
Besides, I would like to know if it´s necessary to reach the 3 mg dose or it´s good enough to use just 0.6 mg if this dose reduce appetite.

Hi, Laura!
The goal with medications is to find the lowest possible dose that controls your symptom (in your case appetite) so stick with the 0.6 dosage if it's working for you but do let your doctor know.
As far as the constipation:
"Constipation;
Prevention and management strategies:
Increase water intake and fiber content of your diet (if appropriate)
Exercise, if possible
If mild, talk to your doctor about taking laxatives such as docusate, sennosides, or psyllium"
You could also ask your pharmacist to recommend one of the many OTC (over the counter) remedies.
Best regards and I hope this helps.
