There are literally dozens of medications that can help with bipolar depression including antidepressants, antipsychotics, and mood stabilizers.

Latuda was originally used for treating schizophrenia but has now been approved for Bipolar depression.

It's often prescribed along with a mood stabilizer like Lamictal and Tegretol.
