As you probabably are aware the is a potentential moderate interaction between the muscle relaxant (cyclobenzaprine) and the sedative/hypnotic (Zolpidem), moderate meaning:
Moderate Moderately clinically significant. Usually avoid combinations; use it only under special circumstances.
Moderate
zolpidem cyclobenzaprine
Applies to: zolpidem, cyclobenzaprine
Using zolpidem together with cyclobenzaprine may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, and difficulty concentrating. Some people, especially the elderly, may also experience impairment in thinking, judgment, and motor coordination. You should avoid or limit the use of alcohol while being treated with these medications. Also avoid activities requiring mental alertness such as driving or operating hazardous machinery until you know how the medications affect you. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
And 2 major interactions between your other medications, major meaning:
Major Highly clinically significant. Avoid combinations; the risk of the interaction outweighs the benefit.

Having said that, and coming back to your question, Cyclobenzaprine has a half life of 18 hours, so , theoretically speaking, you would have to wait at least 18 hours to take it in order for no potential interaction to exist between your medications.
Now if you have just one Dr. prescribing all 3 medications he/she is likely to be aware of any potential interactions between the meds he/she has prescribed to you and would not put you in harms way and has outweighed that the benefits are greater than any potential risks.
Take your medications as prescribed and if you have questions and are afraid of taking the medciations wait until you can talk to your Dr. and simply do not take them until you have peace of mind unless you are comfortable taking them now as how they were prescribed by your Dr..
On a personal note, I take medications which all have possible major interactions at the same time and nothing has ever happened to me, but again, everyone is different and reacts to medications, risks, possible side effects, potential interactions, etc., in a different ways.
Thank you yes the sleep meds were prescribed by another Dr that being said I have been try to wean myself off the zolpidem so I take only 5mg at night I am aware of drug interactions I was looking for how long in between dosage will I experience withdrawal
Right now my pain from lower back keeps me awake anyhow so pain relief outweighs my sleep
Thanks
