My Dr. prescribed me Citalopram 20mg in liquid form because I can't swallow pills either. Tastes like peppermint.
While I am not a doctor so my advice is not something to totally rely on, I see no reason why you can't crush this tablet and put it in jello to take it. It is not an extended release drug, it can be taken with or without food. If in doubt give your doctor a call or even your pharmacist.
Good health to you
