I am assisting a person with cerebral palsy who is on this medication and is continuously constipated and needs PR ends in order to move there bowels.

Constipation is a very common side effect affecting up to 13% of people being treated with this NSAID and diarrhea a common one affecting 1% to 10% of patients.
It can go either way depending on the how the metabolism of the person taking it reacts to the medication.
