According to the Equianalgesic chart, Oxycodone is 1.5 times stronger than hydrocodone. So 10 mg of hydrocodone is equal to 6.67 mg of oxycodone in giving equivalent pain relief. Also, 10 mg of Oxycodone is equivalent to 15 mg of hydrocodone in equivalent pain relief.
25mg of hydrocodone would be about the same as 10mg of oxycodone.
