Cheetah; Just don't let them overlap, You can replace a dose of your Oxycodone and use your Hydrocodone then 4 to 6 hours later take your Oxycodone if what you're trying is just to use up the old medication just never take the two together.

By medical guidelines they recommend not taking these drugs together. They r very similar and have same side effects. But I'm assuming you're doc knew what he was doing when he wrote scripts. So as long as that's what he ordered I wouldn't be concerned.
