Has anyone just taken 1 pill a day and lost weight? If so how long did it take? Afraid to take more since I’ve had side effects like nausea dizziness but I think 1 pill for me is ok.

I haven't even finished my first seven days and have already lost 5 pounds, but the nausea and fatigue are debilitating. Had the same problem with phentermine. Doctor struggling to find something I can tolerate.
Hi, JM!
You should take it exactly as directed and it may take several weeks before you lose any significant weight.
Side effects generally subside over just a few days to a week or so. You can ask your pharmacist to recommend an OTC remedy for the nausea. Try eating small snacks of a bland food like low-fat yogurt or milk, or soda crackers. Peppermint or ginger tea/ale can also help.
Remember not to eat any high fat meals!
