Hello,
The 3 medications you refer to are as you know prescription medications only. Your answer must be from a medical professional and I am not a Dr..
All medications have benefits but there is a great responsibility because they too have potential risks, warnings, interactions and possible side effects.
It is your Dr. that must inform/prescribe such medications, only, your Dr., who is responsible for your treatment and safety is the only qualified person that can give you the proper answer.
