She is a 17-year old cat of unknown origin (found as a stray kitten). She shook her head when I administered the drops and does not appear to be in any discomfort, yet the bottle label says to avoid contact with eyes.
I confused the eye and ear drops for my cat and put Tresaderm in her eyes? What should I do?

The best advice I give you is to contact a vet. Sometime on the bottle it will give you instructions on what to do if it gets into the eyes.
I hope this helps and I hope that your cat is OK.
