I have had to take pain meds for several years. Cannot work and run my company, without them. In the last couple of years, you basically have to get what is available—no real relief from several manufacturers. Rhodes and the company that makes the little football tablets, must not use real pain medication in their products. If they do, it's only 1 mg or so. So what is the other 14 mg made from? Also, who does manufacture a 15mg oxycodone that has 15mg of pain med in them? This is getting ridiculous, and (quite painful!), to go with it!
What companies mgf a 15mg oxycodone, that actually works, as they did a few years back?

I am in an inpatient physical therapy rehab facility and I get 2 15mg oxycodone every 4 hrs. I've gotten ALG 264 made by Alvogen and also K8 made by KVK tech. Now both have noticeably helped my pain so either brand is a decent generic.
CVS only dispenses Rhodes. In general the 'big box' stores will only dispense one brand whether it is Rhodes brand oxycodone, Mallinkrodt brand oxycodone etc., so they will not special order for you. What you need to do is find a small "mom and pop" individual type of small-town pharmacy. that is what I did. And now they will order and dispense to me the brand I prefer which is Endocets (which are the generic brand of Purdue's Percocets and are very good meds at pain relief). Usually, these small individual pharmacies will work with you to get the brand of oxycodone that you prefer. The 'big box' pharmacies will not work with you. Also, yesterday when I went to see my pain doctor, the nurse there told me that both CVS and Walgreens would no longer be carrying oxycodone meds by the end of this year (2023).
I was on 15mg oxycodone for years and was able to wean off it and actually was put on another medication that does work but back to your original question when I was on it I also found that there was differences between mfg I found that Mallincrot worked the best for me I always had the pharmacy keep that brand for me instead of just ordering whatever was the cheapest from their supplier if you go to one of the major pharmacies like CVS or Walgreens they may not be able to get what you want they have to take what is sent to them I would suggest you contact the independent pharmacies and see what they stock and if they can order you a specific brand. BEST of LUCK BTW I am surprised at what you are saying about Rhodes they are Purdue the original manufacturer of oxycodone after all the law suits they set up this company Rhodes please let me know if this is confusing to you
No. Purdue set up the company Endo
