I'd like to spead them out over the day if they can be cut in half. I'm. Hoping that'll help with the stomach discomfort.
Can Clarithromycin 250mg tablets be cut in half? It upsets my stomach. Spreading out more might help

You are having an allergic reaction to one of the medication's components. Call your doctor and ask for a change in medication. You need to take it as prescribed or it won't work. This is very important when you're prescribed a medication. In the future remember to add it as an allergy in your health record.

No it can't be cut. Have you tried taking it with food? When a medication is ordered a specific dose and a certain amount during the day, it has to be done that way. Its about keeping the blood level up etc. If you are having a problem with it, talk to your dr.

Yes you can cut it in half - google "NPS tablet splitting" and you will get an official list of names brand and generic pills that you can safely split. Generalized answers do not help those trying to save money.
