I have a history of gout and am on preventive medication. When I took a 10mg dose of Cialis, I started to have a bout of gout. Could this be the cause of the gout attack?
Can the use of cialis bring on a gout attack in a person already with a history of gout and on ulor?

I assume you mean Uloric (and not Ulor).
There are no known interactions between Cialis and Uloric, however it does not mean that no interactions exist.
Gout isn't stated as a side effect of Cialis either. However, Cialis can cause pain in limb, arthralgia.
