Chances of passing herpes during outbreak unprotected sex?

I've had herpes for about 4 years, no suppressive medication. I've only had 2 outbreaks and one more recently. I noticed the OB about 8 days ago. It was pretty much cleared up, probably not fully healed. I understand the process of shedding, I'm just wondering if anyone has rates/chances of transmitting in a situation like this? We had unprotected sex 2x last night.
Can anyone share any info or their stories of maybe infecting their partner? I'm beyond stressed.

Herpes is transmitted with or without breakouts. You can be diagnosed with Herpes 20 years ago and never have breakouts but you will always be a transmitter. You should be on an Antiviral, especially at the start of a breakout.
