Can cephalexin 500 mg be used to treat a yeast infection?

Cephalexin won't help a yeast infection ... it may actually cause it or make it worse.
as Marvell said cephalexin belongs to antibacterial drugs and kills bacteria and somehow makes fungal diseas even worse.i agree with Marvell.
