There is no markings at all on white. The C405 goes across. Not lengthways. Does any one know what this is. I found it in my house

They are THC pills. Marijuana pills. Used
To treat pain.

I believe you may be looking at a capsule of Nabilone. It's a synthetic cannabinoid used to treat pain in cancer patients, PTSD, neuropathy in diabetics, etc. If you found one randomly in your house, someone was getting high.

I could not find a match. I suggest you take the capsule to a pharmacy in order to have the Pharmacist/Chemist help you id it.
