I have high blood pressure and need to regulate it. I have been prescribed suboxone. I quit taking amlodipine or metoprolol when I started the suboxone because I knew suboxone had so many interactions with other medications. How can I still take my suboxone and my blood pressure back to normal?
Can I take amlodipine and suboxone together? And if so what are the risks?

Take care!
there are some concerns lets start with the serious ones. they can cause hypertension so you need to keep an eye on that, avoid getting up quickly from a sitting or sleeping position as this will rise your blood pressure could cause you to faint. Call doc immeditaly if you experience tachycardia (i have that) its a fast heart rate of 110 and over on a regular basis, also extreme lightheadedness, and synope. there is a food warning, you cannot eat grapefruit with these drugs big no no. i know that is a bummer if you like grafefruit but it can cause serious heart problems because of an enzyme. i know this because a lot of my meds i cannot eat grapefruit either. i hope this helped if it did please check yes after answer. your friend amber.
