... twice a day? The doctor said I could do it twice a day but wasn’t sure if it would make a difference. Had a little bit of break thru anxiety today, so was curious. Thanks in advance

I have taken this medication at 30mg per day for 19 years. I think it does something for baseline anxiety. But as far as being a front line anxiety medication I think it's weak. I also take an SSRI and that does most of the anti-anxiety work in my humble opinion.
Thank you for replying. I am also on Zoloft. I went ahead and changed dosage to 30mg twice a day. It’s definitely easier to remember to take twice a day instead of three times a day.
I don't see how it would make a big difference since you're taking 60mg/day either way, and that's the maximum recommended daily dose.
If you're having breakthroughs let your doctor know... you might get more coverage on the 3x daily regimen.
Regards, and I hope you're feeling better soon.
